For cancellations made more than 30 days but within 45 days before the scheduled tour date, a 15% transaction/cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
In case of a no-show, 100% of the tour cost will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
